    No stars. Insurance company approved our request for special bed for my son. Request forwarded to this company to fill it. Rep told me they needed to get funding for bed but it could take up to 6 months. Never returned calls.Today I found out they requested the funds from insurance company in February 2017 and it was received. Have not yet received bed. Other people in the insurance chain have tried to clarify the situation. No one answers or returns phone calls.
