    Called made an appointment around 2pm to have all my tires replaced. The person on the phone had no issue with that same day replacement.

    When I get to the shop bald guy at the desk laughed at me and said,

    “Ha, no way we can do that today haha”. “Call center must have told you that”...

    I didn’t speak to a call center..

    lazy employees and most likely that poor coustomer service shows in their work.
